They have 9 or 10 different categories to choose from every day. I have a few sites I check first thing every morning. "I ordered some Monster headphones with noise cancellation at a good price. A few days later, without any explanation, the order was cancelled. My guess was that they realized that this price was too cheap for headphones with active noise cancellation or else they took more orders than they could fulfill. I then discovered that they were selling the same headphones in white. I re-read the description to verify that they were noise cancelling, then placed the order.

When I received the headphones, there was no documentation. The description had said that no batteries were included, so I wasn't surprised when the active noise cancellation switch did nothing. I found manuals and descriptions online for these headphones and opened them so that I could insert the batteries. When I did, I was surprised to see that the battery compartments, although clearly labeled, had no metal contacts or springs. At this point I reported the problem to Yugster.

I was then told that these were "Passive" noise cancelling (huh?) and that I could not return them because I had opened the battery compartment. At this point, I reviewed my order history. My confirmation emails said that I had ordered "Monster Inspiration Noise Canceling OverEar Headphones White", but my order history on the site had been changed to read "Monster Inspiration Passive Noise Canceling OverEar Headphones White (White)".

At this point, I would have been satisfied with an apology and a return shipping label, but instead I was told that the description had never been changed, in spite of the evidence that I had provided.

I've been a Yugster customer, with many orders, since 2010. But how can I continue doing business with a company that changes product descriptions after an order is placed, then denies it? I'm still hoping that this is just an honest mistake and that the support was mishandled by a single person, but at this point, I need to warn people to avoid ordering from this company because you don't know that what you order is what you will receive.
