"Today is January 18th.
I bought an Apple Watch thru Yugster in November (not sure of the actual day) for a Christmas gift.
He got it on Christmas Day and said how a noise is supposed to be made when you touch it but there was no noise. I said maybe it needs to charge and to give it a few days.
A couple weeks later he gave me back the Watch saying he cannot use it for music, an alarm, communicating verbally...anything with sound.
On the box it states that: "Device inspected for proper functionality..." but it doesn't make noises.
It took me a few days to see where I bought it.
I then sent an email as such and this is the response:
