"This is a decent basic aerobic exercise machine. You can stand up to use as an elliptical or sit and use it as a bike. It seems to me like it's tilted forward at an odd angle when using it as an elliptical, so I feel like I'm going to slide forward and all my weight is on my toes. I will probably only use the bike."
