"I stumbled on Yugster last fall and it was one of the best deal sites I've used. I'm always hunting around for the best deals and prices, and have been amazed at some of the deals they have offered.
I think the difference between this site, and others is that it actually has deals on useful merchandise. A lot of the other deal sites I've seen may have a 1 deal in each category but its rarely helpful. They have AMAZING deals on Apple Desktop and Laptop computers and iPhones if your needing to buy an unlocked no contract price. I have been wowed by some the prices, and I have yet to find an item on there that I've order that I could get someplace cheaper. I have yet to find an item listed cheaper on ebay or amazon and the percentage of savings is truly, at minimum, 20%; most 50% - 60%.
I've gotten things for my husband who's a heartless DIY'er. I got helped my mother-in-law with her Christmas list last year helping her stretch her Christmas budget farther, and countless things around the house. They always seem to have that "one thing I was shopping around for but couldn't find a good enough deal on". And they're FREE items are things you actually would use, not junk. Shipping prices are also reasonable if not free and include tracking. Most items ship within 48 hours.
A lot of deal sites seem to be "tech based". Yugster is more than that. I've gotten hardware/tools for my husband, techie things for me, things needed around the house like batteries and cleaning supplies, and even things for the kitchen and bath. The items are the original or refurbished name brand items, and in new condition.
I've have had to return a couple orders, either because work properly or it broke within they're 30 day return policy, and the process was great. You contact them via email, get a response within 24 hours usually, and they even issue you a return label that pays for the return shipping. The only issue I had 1 time was the support ticket was closed and the refund didn't get issued. I contacted them and the refund was issued within 24 hours.
The only complaint I would have is on certain orders, the shipping seems to take forever 7-10 business days and there is no "rush" option. You also pay for shipping by the item, and not by the total order. The flip side to this is that I've never been more than a couple dollars per item, and free shipping is usually offered on the higher priced items.
My overall opinion of Yugster has been nothing but positive, from home improvement items/tools, technology, phones, gadgets, computers/laptops, and home goods (the list goes on and on) there is no better selection or price available. I always check yugster before I log on to Amazon or Ebay."
