"Wrong items delivered. I ordered 2 pkgs. of Soft Claws refills. UPCO was probably the only website selling these refills of nailcaps only--no glue or applicator tips, which I already have plenty of. Placed order on 6/10/10, received on 6/15/10, but received 2 Soft Claws "Kits" instead of refills. I was not pleased to have paid $90 for 300 nailcaps but receiving only 80! Called their 800 number same night, but business was closed already, so I called first thing the next morning. Talked to a customer service agent 6/16/10, she said the proper items would be sent out that same day. I received the refills 2 days later via USPS, 6/18/10, with FEDEX return label for the wrong items. Overall, it was a smooth resolution process and not too inconvenient to return the wrong items (just had to repackage and call FEDEX for a pickup from my home). Bonus was that the refills contained 160 nailcaps/pkg., not 150 as stated on UPCO website."
