"Terrible. Do not buy from this reseller. I bought a cable from them because it was labeled as "in stock" on their website. When I placed the order, the date that the order was placed showed as 3 days after the order was actually placed. I emailed them on the same day to ask why the order showed a date of three days later and they told me that the part would ship that day. Three days later I received an email saying that the part was on backorder and it would ship that day, a Sunday when FedEx was not running. Did I mention that I paid 20 dollars extra to have the part shipped in 2 days? No refund on the shipping and no contact after I inquired about a refund for the shipping. Don't buy from them!!!! They are liars."
