"Recently I attempted to cancel my membership. When talking to customer service , they assured me this would not be a problem. I was still charged a ridiculous amount on my account and they refused to credit it back but stated they would credit it toward my VCITA account. Christopher was the billing person and was rude as well as condescending stating to read the small lines of terms & conditions. I wish I never signed up for this company . Its a disaster and it isn't worth money for therapists. "
