"First time buyer on vapor and was very disappointed. The good stuff: I very much enjoyed the vape for the two-three weeks that it functioned, but then it stopped powering up. I contacted Vapor and they immediately responded with troubleshooting tips which unfortunately did not work, and they again immediately responded with a pre-paid shipping label. So far so good! All downhill afterwards.
I received repeated incorrect emails stating that a new replacement unit would be shipped to me, only to later be followed up by emails stating that they had none in stock, then new emails stating they had a replacement in stock. On 7/22 they emailed me that the tracking info would be sent to me soon, only to be followed up by an email less than four hours later that it was on backorder. I emailed them my dissatisfaction with their many contradictory emails, and they offered a paltry 15% discount for their repeated errors. I passed....."
