"Trying to communicate with Viking cycle is like talking to a brick wall. I sent back a pair of riding pants that didn’t fit and never got an exchange or refund. I’ve sent countless emails and most are just straight up ignored. When they do respond it’s like a week later with unhelpful information. Also the jacket I ordered was supposed to have chest padding but there is none. The padding it does have seems cheap and seems to offer very little protection. Choose a different company for motorcycle gear."

"These saddlebags are great for the price! The plastic snap buckles underneath the classic buckle makes it easy for the rider, but keeps the classic look. The saddle bags are detachable from each other and each saddle bag also comes with a shoulder strap, which is super cool. You can pack your saddle bags nice and tight and carry them with you as if they were luggage. The only downfall is I ride an Iron 883, and I went with the medium size bags. They sit on top of the shocks...so I would only use them if i was going on a long trip and absolutely need them. The good thing is that you can hard mount them, or throw them under the back seat for more options. I would recommend these to any rider for such a good price. Joseph Lampson helped me through the process of purchasing my bags and offered great customer service! He was very knowledgeable of the product and was able to answer all of my questions."
