"On 08/07/2019, Canada Post returned my order due to my address being destroyed by them. I called Vitasave, told them I needed my proteins by this weekend. The agent as customer services told me they cold not due to time difference. The sweet lady on the phone told me i would get the p[roteins onday. I told her i really neded them for saturday. She checked Canada Post schedule for express delivery over night. She told me she would ship my order overnight, that I vould get my delivery Friday which i did. The agent was wonderful, by calming me down, she was very patient with me, she was so helpful, patient, resourceful, and extremely polite. She saved my day. I recommand Vitasave to everybody who need good products.

"I don't have a lot of time on my hands but when a company goes out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied then they deserve my time! I was unhappy with a product when I got it. Really I should have investigated it more before I purchased it but regardless Vitasave took it back. (free shipping return label was provided) I asked if I could just get a store credit. They did better they actually refunded the amount back to my credit card. This was the fourth order I had placed with them and they won a now loyal customer. My only disappointment is that they now ship Canada Post and it take a few more days to get the product but I can't argue with free shipping and great prices especially if I buy during the sales."
