"So I ordered a 27-inch cintiq, and immediately upon opening it noticed a small (7 sub pixel) screen defect, caused by some sort of material sealed under the glass. I contacted them and got an RMA, (I'll up this review if that goes well.)
My problem was with the tech support guy I initially talked to (regular costumer care was okay). The guy was terse to the point of being rude. At no time did anyone apologize for the issue, and they wanted to see pictures, and more pictures, until they'd believe me (I sent 6 photos in total). The guy really seamed to have a bug up his behind, and it put me on the defensive.
Also please note, I think they use an overseas customer support. Not that that's inherently a bad thing, but I felt like they were reading from scripts and relaying messages for their managers."
"I've been using Wacom tablets and pens for years. Intuos is amazing and I love it. No issues, sturdy build and really amazing. What else can I say. Love the black matte finish on the intuos. I wish the Cintiq was cheaper!"
"I had bought their graphite tablet, works great and have enjoyed it ever since I had recieved it. Using Windows 2000 I did not even need to install drivers because they already came with windows and it worked beautifully. One day I dropped it and it just quit working on me. I sent them an email and never got a reply, I ended up calling their support on the phone, it was long distance however. They picked up rather quickly and said that it was odd I hadnt recoeved a reply to my email and that they would look into that. They replaced my wacom tablet rather quickly with an rma, and they replaced it even though my 1 year warranty was expired. Now I have a brand new tablet which works just as good. THe fact that they replaced my product even though the warranty was expired is what will make me faithful to this companies excellent products."
