"I bought a Spark SF5 flashlight and did a full review on it, which took me a few hours.
during the review I found out that the light had some connection problems, as it wouldnt turn on in Turbo mode, (hidden mode, enter with a double click) because it would only boost the output when I pressed to the side of the head of the flashlight. Which means that there is some contact issue. I took a video, and showed it to their customers service.
I also wanted to open the flashlight, but there was no way of opening it. So I took off the little rubber side switch button, which was impossible to put back, and it tore.
After I sent them the video, (and the flashlight to China, which cost me fortunately only $6)
They said, There is no problem, and the flashlight is still working. They made a very short video, and showed it turned on and changed a few modes. It did however not show that the Turbo mode was working, and they then said it was my problem, as I damaged it.
I contacted them a few times, and at 1 point I got a reply saying they were going to refund me within 48hours. And it took 6 days before I tried to contact them because I hadnt received any refund.
They didnt respond. I got in touch with a representative, and they said they rest the case because I had damaged the flashlight, and they will not refund me, nor send me my flashlight back, nor send me a replacement, nor refund my shipping cost.
AVOID THEM

"They take a few days to ship your order. I placed an order on the 17 and it got shipped the 22nd. But I used DHL so it got delivered on the 24th, which is incredibly fast. I haven't tested the product yet, but will update once I do.
