"I ordered the Toy Story Collection Rex from them. I contacted them to make sure the listing on their site was correct, they said it wasn't they actually doubled the price of another Rex, and that I would have to refuse the package because they were sending it out anyways. I refused the package and they have had it for 5 days without contacting me or processing the refund, I had to dispute the charge with Wells Fargo before I got the refund. They also told me they won't be correcting the listing on their webpage, I wish I was joking about how horrible they have been. I contacted their local Better Business Bureau about them, they very untrustworthy."
