"Walmart is like a grade one student sitting in a university class and pretending to know something. They are so weak to have a proper online shopping process that made me wonder why people even bother. I placed an order for an electric bike, it was confirmed, money taken from my account, and then cancelled in a few minutes. Tried two three times, same problem. And of course every time my card was charged for the amount. Then tried with my wife's card, same problem. Called them, they blamed my bank. Called our banks, they said funds were released from our accounts without any issues. Called Walmart again, this time they said their security department cancelled the orders. Asked them why, they did not have an answer. All this from the first order till the ninth one took about a week. Finally we found out that apperntly the advertised item was sold out and they still had it up.
What a joke. They will be eaten up alive by Amazon and other companies who know how to handle online shopping. Walmart should go back to his grade one class and stick with selling their low price toilet paper at their store. "

"Wal-Mart went from being a jewel of customer service to the worse retailer in the industry. Walmart.ca is absolutely HORRID to use! Ordered an item in November 2020 with expected delivery by early December. Received an email the item is delayed by 3-5 days. After a while received another email with the same 3-5 days delay. When that date passed – never heard back from anyone. When I contacted Wal-Mart support - it was an absolute nightmare experience! Trying to connect with Wal-Mart agents is the worse experience ever. They do not know how to transfer calls, calls are often dropped or transferred to a queue no body answers. When asked to speak to a supervisor – it is another nightmare. These so called “supervisors” are incompetent, useless and can’t do anything! Why bother having supervisors who can’t do anything? All they do is quote policy and apologize without actually solving the issue. This company is absolute joke and they don’t deserve any stars. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

One broken bottle of an acidic product, vinegar, in a shipment will corrupt the whole pkg. They need to use a better delivery service (not Loomis) or pack their products better. They also have a problem with receipt tallies. If you expect 3 sale items for $8.00 as their ad states, make sure to check the bottom line. I've been charged the standard retail value with no discount, and to this day have not been refunded. Buying online, I told them 5 days ago I wanted to return an item for a refund. They need to give an authorization and return mailing label. NO REPLY. Ignored. 'NO WORRIES'?? What a lousy experience.
And I've sent 3 or 4 followup messages.
Maybe it's a lousy outside customer support agency, I don't know. Or maybe they decide whether they wanna refund or not and just ignore the request.
In another case a package did not arrive and the tracking showed nothing. Obviously a problem with the shipper. The online email support first gave an irrelevent form letter. Then they said they would investigate and get back. No reply and no resolution. They are supposed to give a refund. Terrible negligence.
Mind you the store itself is good to deal with and order from online, but you know the story of online support. Now they are even eliminating email support."
"Found a huge cockroach in the bottom of my last shipment from Walmart, which was disturbing, since the majority of items were food products. I called customer service to notify them of the roach, and all they said was, "if you're unhappy with your order, please take the items back for a full refund". There was no mention of the cockroach or willingness to do anything about it.

Back in earlier July of 2016, my 85 year old mother who is Permanently Disabled, including having a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition and Low Circulation In Both Of Her Legs (Making Her Very Immobile With Her Walking) Had Just Bought A Package Of Their Great Value Pink Salmon 700g From The Walmart Location At: c/o Walmart Dufferin Mall Supercentre, 900 Dufferin Street, Toronto, Ontario Canada M6H 4A9 ***-***-**** And Had A Very Bad Experience!
First of all, Their Fish Had A Very Bad Odor!
It was So Disgustingly Strong that I could smell it outside of my mother's apartment!
Gross!
It Smelled Like A Dead Body To Be Quite Honest With You!
Secondly, when my mother cooked it and took her very first bite, she did NOT feel very well due to CRAMPING IN HER STOMACH and Immediately Stopped Eating Any More Of That Fish And Threw It Out!
Please NOTE: She could have gotten very sick from their fish if she kept on eating it and thankfully she was Smart Enough To Stop After Her Very First Bite!
Is This The Kind Of Garbage That Walmart Makes,Produces And Sells To The Public?

Sadly, the first response that I got came from a Mark in Customer Service who Purposely and Deliberately Misread My Letter and Changed Around All Of The Wording In My Letter to make it look like I was complaining about the Smell In One Of Their Stores which was a Lie because he just did Not Wish To Deal With My Mother's Complaint.

Furthermore, the latest response that I received came from Customer Service stating that they have transferred my case to their Escalations Department and will have an answer for me within 24 hours.

"Bought a memory foam mattress online and thought it would trigger a good nights sleep, but if you get close to the edges than it wants to cause a person to roll off. You have to stay about 5 inches from the edges in order to prevent this. If you are sleeping by yourself than it would be great because you can stay in the middle. Please keep in mind that before you buy this that there is no edge support at all. Good thing Walmart has the 100% satisfaction guarantee because after 3 days and I fell to the floor, we bought it back to the store instead of on-line with no-problem even though it was impossible to get it back into the box. I don't think any other store in the world would have taken it back the way I duct-taped it. (Memory foam just can't be compressed by hand, they must use a machine to get it into that little box)! No wonder Walmart is here to stay. Customers are #1 always!"
