"I first reserved my parking near LAX at a hotel Parking would be underground for a weekend. The night before the reservation I was given a call to be advised the location of the reservation had been changed to a parking lot completely different than what I reserved.

Once I arrived at the second place, I was told my reservation was invalid, I would have to make arrangements with WAY.COM to arrange a refund and I would have to pay current rates, the agreement and confirmation i had at the moment was not good for anything even tho me money has already been charged.

Still waiting on my refund.... 5 days later. "
