The lot attendant was very nice to let me know that I could use the same voucher for the hotel across the parking lot but the frustration of finding a spot, getting on the shuttle and getting to SFO was unanticipated. Everything else worked out fine. I would have appreciated a heads-up about being able to use either parking area to find a spot."
