"Purchased parking online near JFK for my father. On his way back from his trip and in the parking lot, an attendant named Abu would not let him pick up his car without paying him $270 cash. Abu also told my father that his confirmation email wasnt relevant and said the price he got online were rates from 30 years ago. I emailed customer service at way after not being able to get ahold of anyone through their phone system and told them we needed a resolution and our refund for the $270 my father gave this employee who completely held my father's car hostage. Their response was that they would elevate the issue to their higher ups whom I have yet to hear back from and this was a week and a half ago.

"Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I booked parking for the airport at an off-site lot. I get there and they tell me they are overbooked and there's absolutely nothing they can do. Ok, great. What about my money since I already paid? Don't worry you will get a full refund! I called and it seemed painless enough. They processed my refund but I have yet to see my money back. I've called 3 times and get a different answer every time. Its now been 9 business days and I was told 5-7. Never in my life will I book with way.com again. Terrible customer service and a huge scam."
"Terrible company. I reserved a parking spot near midway airport and when I went there the parking lot was full. Hard to find, Person said call Way.com if any questions not their problem. Refund applied for and still have not received it after 12 days and they keep saying 5-7 business days."

"I bought a parking through way.com. I had a flight on Saturday at 8:40 AM. I called in Friday just to make it sure and it looked so.
I reached the parking place Saturday morning at 6:30. Before leaving home at 6:00, I called them in and went to voice message. I thought It would be ok. I reached the parking place and the lot was locked and no one was there (website says 24 hours open). There were 4 phone numbers. I waited there for 50 minutes (till 7:20) and was calling all the phone numbers. The first phone went to voice message which was full. Other phone numbers also went to VM. I also called customer care at way.com and wasted 15 minutes of my time. I saw a guy stopping by and asked him. He said the parking has moved but did not know where. Feeling very disappointed, I made reservation in another place and rushed to airport. If you can PLEASE DO NOT USE WAY . COM. THEY ARE DISGUSTING. I WOULD GIVE MINUS START IF IT HAD AN OPTION."
"Way should do some security check before allowing some of the hotel parking. I have parked my car @ Ramada Atlanta Airport hotel and someone break-in into my car. Either Hotel or Way is not taking any responsibility for the break-in"
"The price was great. Wanted to change the dates. Only way was to send an email. No response to the email. Used the reservation, but the shuttle from the airport on the return never showed up. Spend $20 with Uber to a get to my car. Won’t do this again. "

We returned in the rain on Monday night. My mom was in the airport wheelchair and the employee took us to the hotel shuttle bus stop at 2A where we waited for 40 mins. I called the hotel and was told we were at the wrong stop and had no other choice but to walk ALL THE WAY TO STOP 2H! The wheelchair was gone! It was raining! Several other hotel shuttles had stopped there to pick up passengers and your email to me regarding my reservation did not specify where to catch the shuttle back!
This unacceptable service! I have facebook friends all over the world who come in and out of Dulles airport and I will let them know not/not to use your service. I am a former US diplomat with the US Dept of State - I’m very serious about friends all over the world!"
"I wrote them about a stay I wanted at IAH. Their price was $81, a competitor was $41. Their website says they would not only price match but offered an additional 25% discount. I submitted the details which they acknowledged and came back with an offer of $55. That is NOT a price match nor a 25% additional discount. Says a lot about their so-called lowest price guarantee or price match and discount. "

"The service I got from way parking from Hyatt hotel in flushing NY is the worst service ever. On my departure flight for a business trip I almost missed my flight. I had to take a taxi from Hyatt to the LaGuardia airport. When I arrived, and called to be picked up from the airport, an hour later I still at the airport. I had no choice but to take a Lyft to Hyatt to pick up my car. THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE "

"I've used way.com to get airport parking at 3 different Southern California airports with no problems. I like the map view so that I can choose the parking lot that's on the way from the direction I'm travelling when there are several similarly priced options. One down side is that I wish you could enter the dates you need for parking first & then compare lots based on the total fee since many lots have variable pricing (with weekend days more expensive) so what you end up paying per day is not the price displayed in the search."
