"Hi All,
I've purchased a keyboard (with RBG lighting).
Once i hooked it up the key with a division sign was displayed another color and could not find why. It was stuck in white while all of the keyboard was ok. After contacting them it took many weeks to even get back to me once and then they were not helpful.
At one point i found out that it was a dual purpose led and the Numlock was always ON. But couldn't get it off with the Fn+division keys.
In order to make a video to show this issue i've removed the key from the keyboard and foudnt that one of the pin was bent so the key was not working at all, staying in numlock at the same time.
I then asked for another key to be sent, cause the metal was weak and might break.
They said sure, will contact the manufacturer to send me a key.
Few weeks back I made a follow up and now they are making it like they didn't know the issue and go over again the explanation etc.. wasting time again.
Their English is worst than mine and everytime i write something I feel like they don't understand.
The product is obviously not made by them, but their support is horrible."
