I used to live in Phoenix where I could shop their showroom (now closed I've heard) and always had the best customer service. From helping me find sizes, like types I wanted to throwing the boxes away so my husband couldn't s the damage I've done. I live in Florida now and still put my seasonal order in or all the newest trendy shoes. Shipping is pricey, mainly because you get the shoe boxes with the shoes, so I would recommend getting multiple pairs to make the shipping worth it. Thank you for always being my go to!"

"I ordered size ADULT MEN 5 boots for my daughter who wears a size 4 in adult US men sizes… they felt like they were made with foam literally they felt like a piece of trash. Not to mention the zippers on the boots don’t even go all the way down so she couldn’t fit her foot in even if it was the right size I ordered… I emailed customer service and said these boots were definitely not a size 5 and I wanted to exchange for the right size but their response was “you need to follow return policy” no shut I will be following the return policy. Was willing to still spend my $ on these poor quality shoes if I got the right size but they offered no assistance just “follow return policy.” K. I will be getting a full refund and I will never order from this crap company again."
