"I ordered from this company and the wig was bad quality and did not look like the picture at all. It took about 3 weeks to receive and you can't check order when in transits. You can't call them; the number on label started with a +86 and does not work. I am out of $128 and I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER........ORDER FROM COMPANY AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER. YOU WILL BE APPOINTED."

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a wig from Wigsbuy and when I received it, it was nothing like the picture they advertised and was extremely poorly made. I contacted the company about my concerns and was told that I could return it and they would give me a refund. Upon taking it to the US Postal Service I was told that it would cost about $50 to return it and that included the tracking number that Wigsbuy requires for a refund. I then took it to UPS and was told that it would cost about $150 to ship it back to China. I then contacted Wigs Buy and informed them of what it would cost to send it back to them and was told that they needed the wig back in order to give me a refund or they could give me $10-$15 off the cost of another one. I told them I didn't want another one because of the quality of their wigs and I would just be out of more money. Why would I pay more to send it back than the wig cost? I can't even GIVE this wig away because it is horrible. Needless to say it is going in the trash. I informed Wigs Buy that I was going to write this review so here it is! The wigs are very poor quality and I wouldn't advise anyone in the US to purchase from this company and the cost to return it to China is extremely high."

"When I was first looking at buying my human hair wigs from www.KallyHair.com, I was feeling a little worried, especially after reading a color of reviews. One reviewer said she chatted with the company before buying her wigs, so I decided to do the same. Chatting was great. It reassured me that the company was real and that I would get what I was ordering. So, (still with a little trepidation) I ordered the wig. It got here in less than 2 weeks and it is PERFECT! I ordered my wigs in a standard size, as other reviewers said that getting a customized size caused a lot of problems. It did not smell like fish, the fabric is comfortable, the dress light-weight, and the tailoring is fine. If you are looking for a princess gown, this may not be the right place. But, for a simple, inexpensive option, it is perfect."

"AVOID WIGSBUY. Scam! Scam! I ordered 2 wigs from WigsBuy and when the wigs came it looked absolutely nothing like the wigs advertised on their site. I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures to prove that it is the wrong wigs. After I sent the pictures, they said I should use hairspray to fix the wigs. After countless e-mails and pictures sent they finally sent me the return address. I returned the wigs and I could see from the online tracking that they received them and they refused to refund my money (US$166.00) They are just ignoring my e-mails. Now I am trying to get my back through PayPal."
