We had a bad experience with Wikiprofessionals as their guarantee is clearly a lie - they do not guarantee a permanently live wiki page, they simply guarantee to get the page live but then fail to do any more. At the same time, it’s to their benefit that pages are pulled down as it gives them an opportunity to bill more money for fixing the problems that could have been avoided in the first place. They are rude and abrupt. I do not recommend using this company for launching a wikipedia page. There are better ways to achieve this."

Instead we got 5 horrible articles, when we requested them to be accurate and without issues, all effort stopped. we requested a money back guaranteed be exercised, which they ignored. We then filed a dispute, and they (Mike from accounting) rejected it and said that we should consider our account was closed and they they would not be refunding anything or completing more service. They then quickly hung up. None of the names are real, tried to visit the office in Euless TX with no luck. This is 100% a scam. They are Thieves. "Not quite a scam, but close to being one; the article I commissioned for my client was deleted several months (refunds are only valid for 25 day) after being created. What Wiki Professionals failed to disclose, and what I learned from a representative of the Wikimedia Foundation, (which runs Wikipedia), is that Wiki Professional's staff are what are called "undisclosed paid editors" (Wiki Professionals is known to the Wikipedia community, apparently), and as such they can be blocked immediately by other Wikipedia editors and their articles can be deleted. This means that if at any point the Wiki Professionals employee who created your page is caught, your article will be deleted and you will likely have no recourse as the 25-day refund window have expired. It is often the case that several articles are created by a single staff member, and if that staff member is ever caught, all of the articles they created will be deleted. As happened in my case, the editor who created my article was blocked four months after my article was successfully created, but my article was still deleted. This also makes the company's service to monitor wiki articles practically useless, as Wikipedia does not allow paid editors to participate in discussions if they have been caught; this renders any attempt by Wiki Professionals to monitor your article null, as their "sock" account has in all likelihood already been blocked by Wikipedia staff and thus cannot participate in any type of discussion. So in short, the service is dubious and does not guarantee any long-term results, and the company is actively hunted by experienced Wikipedians who block their editors on sight. I would recommend against employing their services."
