I asked to return the product (which on their website says is hassle-free) and was strung along for over a month as communication only occurred on weekly basis. It seemed like no one communicated with each other as each person would tell me something different.

They finally let me return it over a month later. It's been over a week since confirmed delivery and they still haven't refunded me my payment. Now trying to get it back through a dispute.
