Very bad experience, 2 dqys before i ordered a cake, flower boquet and Ferrero Rocher chocolate for my mom’s birthday, while ordering i mentioned i have a function at 11am and tge same should be delivered by the time, from tgat time till today no one responded my request and today just half an hour before the delivery time they are saying you should book express service if required by 11am, this is horrible and and absolutely poor service, they ruined the event with their irresponsible service"

To start with, I paid Rs 1000 for the cake and selected the delivery time of 1 PM. Unfortunately, the cake was delivered a staggering eight hours later at 9 PM. To make matters worse, there was no communication from Winni.in regarding the delay, leaving me frustrated and uninformed.
Adding insult to injury, Winni.in charged an extra fee for the delivery, a service that was far from satisfactory. The website showcases appealing images of their products, creating an expectation of high-quality items. However, the reality was starkly different. The cake delivered was not only subpar but could be described as nothing short of pathetic.
Attempting to seek redress, I tried to contact their customer care through the provided phone number, only to discover that it was out of service. The live chat option on their website proved equally futile, as it appeared to be automated and provided no real assistance. This lack of accessible customer support added to the overall frustration of the experience.
One of the most disheartening aspects of this ordeal was the realization that Winni.in outsources its orders to local vendors, who, in this case, failed to meet the promised standards. The disparity between the showcased images and the actual product delivered was evident, suggesting a lack of quality control and accountability.
Despite the 5-star ratings displayed on their website, my personal encounter with Winni.in has led me to question the authenticity of those reviews. I am inclined to believe that they may be misleading or, worse, manipulated to create a favorable image.
In conclusion, my experience with Winni.in on Valentine's Day was not just disappointing but also frustrating and infuriating. The late delivery, lack of communication, substandard product, and unresponsive customer service have left me with a bitter taste. "Worst experice ordering a chocolate bouquet, recipient did not answer the call so they marked the order compete without delivery, dint bother to call the sender...customer service is at another shot level, all are untrained on how to answer, all they cud say is visit the website for answers, I had to pay another 150 for delivery since it else I would have lost 1250. "DO NOT ORDER FROM WINNI
I ordered the cake and mug for birthday. My order number was 307293420349. The delivery time was 9 Am to 3 PM. I asked the status of the order at 3.29 PM and has been confirmed by the executive that due to the rain the order has been delayed. However, at that time there was no rain. The rain stopped as around 2 PM. I called again at 5 PM and the executive who picked the call was talking very rudely and the behavior was very unprofessional. He said we are taking the complaint and by ordering I m not doing any favor to him. He disconnected the call. After that I have tried to call again and did more than 200 calls, but the moment I called the call got disconnected that means I have been blocked.
This is the service of WINNI when a client calls to know the status you people blocked him. I called again from different number then it has been picked by ROHIT SHARMA. He was also not worried that the client does not receive the order and repeated the same line “ due to rain the order got delayed”. This is amazing the rain stopped at 2 and at around 6 PM they are saying the same. When I asked to talk to the manager he said there is no manager. He said sorry and I can do what ever I wanted to do.
I am going to the consumer court for the harassment and will ask for the compensation

"I ordered a cake for Father's Day today at 4:00 PM and selected the standard timing for delivery (i.e. 3:00 PM-9:00 PM). We were waiting patiently and my mother started getting worried around 8:30 PM. I told her to stop worrying and wait until 9:00 PM. After not receiving cake until 9:15 PM, we decided to call customer support. They did not pick up for a long time and picked up around 9:30. We told them about the situation and said that we needed the cake as a lot of guests were waiting to celebrate the ocassion with us. They gave told us that the cake will be delivered by 10:00 so we told our guests to wait, we said that if they don't provide the cake by 10:00 we want a full refund. They agreed to it. We didn't recieve the cake even at 10:00. We called to cancel the order and ask for a refund and they said that they would send a mail by 10:15 for the refund. Since our guests were waiting since 7:00, I quickly brought another cake from a shop far from my house (which is why I ordered online in the first place).
All my guests left and me & my family were left embarrassed as everybody was waiting for such a long time. We hadn't recieved a mail so we called them again. By 11:00 we got the cake delivered, so obviously we didn't accept it as what was the point of the cake now? When we called them again, they refused to understand the situation and said that we should accept the cake. After fighting with them as they refused to give refund, we told them that if they don't give us the refund by tomorrow morning, we will take the matter to the court. And we will do so.
Utterly disappointed with their disgusting customer service. A very bad experience and will never buy anything from this ever again. Let's see if they do give the refund. They should also give compensation for all the embarrassment and mental trauma we faced from our guests. No guest will want to come now after all of this.
