Sent me the total wrong thing and couldn't make it right

"I placed two orders: one for shoes and one for a dress. The shoes came and were fine. But instead of a purple dress, they sent me orange jeans. No invoice, no return label. Calling customer service first put me in touch with someone to whom I had to explain the problem three times. "So you didn't receive the dress?" They even suggested I go look for the missing item, as if I didn't notice it on my doorstep. This first person, after going over the problem again and again, said they'd connect me "with customer service." Then who was I talking to? Instead of connecting me, she put me on hold with endless recorded information about military benefits which ended with, "if this does not apply to you, hang up now." So I did, and called back, and had to explain everything again to another person who proceeded to put me on hold four times. After all of this, she simply said they would issue me a refund. No offer to send me a return label to send the unwanted orange jeans back. I had to ask for one. I will be surprised if I see the return label OR the refund at this point. I want to unsubscribe from their myriad of marketing emails but I can't because then I will miss these two important things. I've had issues before but never have I encountered such poor customer service for what should be a simple problem. "

Avoid this company and their affiliates like ROAMAN'S

"I put in a free shipping code & they charged me $16.99 S&H. They say they can't reverse it... I spoke with 6 different folks all from a call center in India. Bottom line: once they have your money they keep it. This was my 1st order and I found out the clothing is cheap and poorly made. The 6th person I spoke to said told me they don't need or want my business. "

Never Order From The Sale Section

"I rec'vd no shipping info. I tried to contact Customer Service. There is no phone #, just a website. I finally reached "someone" who told me everything was on back order until late Dec. Then I rec'vd 1 of the 3 blouses. Now I recv notices thanking me for contacting CS, on a blind, no reply email addy. I have just rec'vd another email stating my items have been back ordered even further out."

"I purchased 3 items and was charged $9.99 shipping. The items did not fit so I returned at a shipping cost of $7.50 and requested an exchange for a larger size. The exchange was not made and customer service told me to re-order at a high cost(coupon used for initial order had expired). I spent $17.49 for nothing! In my opinion this is unethical business practice and I recommend not ordering from this company."
