"Tried to get my husband a birthday present...
Realized moments after I ordered, these were not the dice I was looking for...the reviews stated the finish rubbed off, which is of course a problem for dice...then another review pointed out what I had missed.
UltraPro has "knocked off" Gravity Dice! Never buying from UltraPro again.
Anyway, I immediately, as in less than 5 minutes after placing an online order, requested a cancellation. This was through Walmart.com. Got an automated response that I would hear back within 24 hours.
I heard back...got a message they shipped the order!!
I found their website, and sent them a message, saying that these were knockoffs and not what I was looking for, and this is the response I got:
"We don't sell fake items or "knock offs". The item you purchased in authentic and new. The only problem with the dice is a dispute with two companies over the name of the product while the order was shipped before the email was read."
Sooo, they can process my order, but not be bothered to read an immediately sent email?
And a "dispute over the name" is just another way of saying UltraPro is trying to cash in by selling an inferior product with the same name.
I'm about to call my bank to trigger a chargeback, and am really **** that I had to spend my precious time writing this review, especially since there are several that sound almost identical."

"I purchased D&D miniatures on the Wondertrail website for my son the second week of May. A month later, I still hadn't received them. I had not received any communication from them after the date of purchase and my money had still been debited from my Paypal account. So I checked their website and my order status had been "canceled." Cancelled weeks ago (May 18th) with NO refund and NO communication! So, I sent an email asking about my order. Then I decided to research the company and viewed so many negative reviews, I got nervous. I went back to my Paypal account and put in a claim for a refund since they hadn't refunded my money since May 18th's cancellation. The next day I miraculously get 2 emails saying my order had been canceled. Then I get an email notifying me of a refund. THEN I get an NASTY email from their customer "service" department, telling me how bad of a person I was for placing a claim for the refund instead of waiting for a response to my email. Why should I have to wait any longer for my refund than I already had?! According to them, "You are supposed to wait for a response from the retailer before conducting a chargeback. In actuality, we had canceled your order and believed to the best of our knowledge a refund was conducted back on May 18th. But unfortunately, you couldn't have waited for a response from us." I'm sorry, but "to the best of our knowledge" just isn't good enough when conducting a business AND I shouldn't have to wait for a response to my inquiry - they should've notified me of the cancellation on May 18th! Excuse me, but it is YOU who is "supposed to" stock products you sell online AND ship them in a timely manner! They also told me I am now on a " worldwide fraud watch" with "merchant service providers." HAHAHA! THEY are the nasty company who should be on a fraud watch! "
"Never again will I buy anything from this website. I just received another message from them stating that they have cancelled my order and will issue a refund. This is probably the FIFTH time this has happened.
They always claim "Oh, we're sorry...we JUST sold the last one so we no longer have it in stock and must cancel your order." When, in fact, they are really just looking on ebay every time an order comes in and if they see that they can sell an item on ebay for an extra dollar or two, they will cancel YOUR order. How GREEDY is that and unprofessional?
Also, it is a HUGE waste of my time to shop here. THey don't realize I spent 5-10 minutes browsing their website and then placed an order. When you cancel my order, all of that time was just completely wasted so they can make an extra dollar. How terrible is that for quality and customer service?
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this website at all costs. If you value your time, avoid it because they certainly don't value you as a customer. Terrible. "
