"Have not received my order"
"I had placed my order with woodsnap more than 2 weeks ago and it is still in production. It has not shipped yet. I placed it well in advance before Christmas so that I would have enough time to have it shipped to me in Canada and then turn it around to my clients. I would have liked to have known an estimated shipping date when ordering so I could have had a better idea. "
