"Ordered over the weekend ( the only time when there is a promotion/sale) but there is no customer support. I wrote an email trying to add another item on to my order only 5 minutes after I placed the order. Come Monday, no response until I reached out to chat. Rep indicated that there is nothing she can do. Lesson's learned, do not order over the weekend because customer service will not be able to accommodate if you need any help. Awesome product but one of the worst customer service I have received."
