"This company lies to you. I ordered Acrobat X Pro. All they needed to do was send me a key. Over two weeks later, they stop replying to my emails requesting the key or a refund. I called in, and they made excuses. Said they would refund the order, but it would take a week for the refund. What a absolute waste of time and money these people are. "

It is unusable - I had to contact Adobe my self even though their disclaimer indicates they will assist and ensure a successful download - I was instructed to call Adobe myself only to find out by the product ID # that the version I was sold was an upgrade and is useless without the base version, which is what my invoice indicates I purchased - DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!! "Steer clear of these SCAMMERS!!! For the past 9 hours I have been trying to download the Adobe Acrobat X software I purchased yesterday from Tek-Micro. I keep getting error messages that the serial number they gave me is invalid. I have made 5 phone calls and sent 4 or 5 emails. Most of the time no one answers the phone. I have tried everything they said to do in their emails responses. In their last message they finally told me to contact Adobe directly. I spent 44 minutes on the phone with Adobe and they finally said I need proof of purchase beyond the receipt Tek-Micro sent that I forwarded to them. Since Tek-Micro's receipt does not have the date or method of purchase, it isn't acceptable. Adobe also said the software was registered to someone with the initials "JC." I don't know anyone with those initials. ApparentlyI've been scammed. I still don't have the software and no one at Tek-Micro has responded to my increasingly frustrated pleas for help. So now I'm out the money I spent and I still don't have what I need. If they ever actually fix this I'll post an update."
