"I ordered some black powder coated hinges as described on their webpage and shown in the product photo. They sent me plain galvanized steel. I sent them a message and was told if I want black- I would need to pay approximately $40 MORE plus another $22 shipping! They advertise a nice product and send you something cheaper- bait and switch. They have not responded to my requests. Total SCAM!"

"An update from my last post. I have contacted The builders Supply for a refund and return for a product that I did not order. It has been over 2 weeks and the only response that I have gotten was that they were trying to get a return label so that I would not have to pay for shipping. As to date still no refund and no return label. I do not recommend that anyone buy anything from theses people as you will not have a good experience. You can not even get an honest answer from anyone. "
