china company - poor quality - seller will not answer your email unless you hassle them everyday

"I spent two and half months chasing my refund for a garment that was sent in the wrong color and a jacket that was unwearable.
They will blame your computer, the mail system, YOU for asking for a refund, when you get a refund they will get it wrong three times.
I have emailed this company well over a 100 times, they only time the respond is after I sent them 25 of the same email. Read the last email I received from them as I am still waiting for them to refund my postage.
