"AVOID this company it is a SHAM!! I purchased a set of DVD's at 1/2 the usual price. The next day, my credit card co. called to question two charges on my account. One from PlanetDVD and one from FamilyDVD in the same amount, two days apart, one is Sierra Leone, the other in Israel. I had to cancel my credit card because of the deceitful practices of this company. Also, I tried to contact the company, but got no response, just like the others in these reviews. "
"I made a purchase from this store spending over $35 on dvds for my daughters birthday. I ordered them over a month before her birthday. Her birthday came and went and no dvds ever showed up. I tried to contact the company, but the only way you can do that is via email. No one ever responded. I sent multiple messages to the company and never recieved one response back. I never recieved my dvds but the company debited my checking account for the money only 3 days after I had placed the order. I would never purchase anything from this company and warn all of you to stay very far away."

"I was hesitant at first to order from this site. It was instilled in me that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. So when I saw "Beauty and the Beast" selling for $5.99, along with other hard to find titles, my 'spidey-senses' were tingling. I figured I would order 1 DVD and see how everything panned out.
FANTASTIC! Everything was perfect. The DVD was not the original disc, and the artwork was copied, but everything was perfect. The DVD played flawlessly and looked amazing! The casing was also impeccable. To top everything off, I recieved my order on the June 27; 3 days after placing my order!
I highly recommend this site to others and plan on doing major business with this company in the future. "
