"Their website states that most orders are shipped within 2 days with tracking numbers emailed to customers. I received my shipping notification email (no tracking number) 9 days after purchase, and my book arrived in Michigan another 5 days later.

However, the book I received via UPS was in perfect condition and was very well-packaged. Not to mention that the price was easily the best I could find online and the shipping was free. And honestly, 2 weeks from order to delivery wouldn't even be uncommon when using something like Amazon's Super Saver shipping. If xBargain's website didn't claim faster delivery, I'd have absolutely nothing to complain about.
