"Wish I had read these reviews and also their Terms & Conditions on their website. Apparently you have 1 hour to cancel your order. I canceled the 2 days after ordering and they would not cancel or refund the part. For those that they do decide to give a refund to they charge a 35% restocking fee. Lesson learned. I will never buy from them again. I gave 2 stars because I'm expecting the part I ordered will work fine. If not I'll be back on here to update."
"I ordered a list of parts. One tube as the wrong length. I called and got a voice mail. I called again a week later. They said it wasn't their problem and that since the part was under$6 I should just absorb it and order the same part and hope it was different. Very disappointed with my customer experience. "

"Ordered three parts online back in December, paid via PAYPAL. Over two weeks later received only two of the items I had paid for. The enclosed shipment invoice showed all three items billed and shipped, with a handwritten note showing one as backordered. Unable to receive a response from them via email, phones go to a machine. PAYPAL refuses to do anything because they showed a proof of delivery. YES.... PART OF MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED.....BUT NOT ALL. I GUESS I AM NOW SOL!!! LESSON LEARNED......DO NOT BUY FROM THEESE PEOPLE......"
"I placed an order with yamahapart.com. They immediately charged my credit card, but 2 weeks later still haven't shipped anything. The Live Help on the website is always offline. Calling the phone number only gives you a machine. I sent them a message. The response was that my order was being cancelled and I would be charged a 35% restocking fee. How can you charge a restocking fee for something that was never in stock? I haven't received any refund on my credit card."
