"I bought a two piece bikini from ZAFUL.
The item was exactly as described, only the size of the bottom piece did not fit me well, even though I chose it according to their size guide. Fortunately, I contacted them and they agreed to change my item and, probably due to the current situation (COVID19 pandemic), they also let me keep the old one too! The communication with the resolution center was quick and efficient.
I also faced another problem, something that I usually face with two piece bikinis (no matter the company): I do not fit in both the top and bottom if they are of the same size, i.e. I use small for top and large for bottom. I do not think this is the companie's fault, but I mention it since I think other women might face this problem too. One thing the company could probably do in the future to fix this would be to add an option to choose different sizes for each piece.
Finally, the item arrived on time.

"They have some of the most affordable prices ever. Its legit, inexpensive and the clothes are cute. I do not expect a Gucci shirt to be the same price and quality as Zaful products -- so if you understand that you get what you pay for, you will like this company. And what you pay for lasts some time, depending on the product! I have personally found some awesome products that have lasted a long time! Lots of discounts and options. Always new stuff coming in! Havent had any issues with shipping. Only thing is sometimes sizes run large. Otherwise, great place to put together a good look for an inexpensive cost! There are a few items that I have multiple of in different colors, because they've become staples for me. As with any company with these kinds of prices, you'll get a product that isn't the best quality - but they have a good return system (30 days) and you can always switch your item for something else. "Zaful is good, legit and cheap. Both website and app are intuitive to navigate around and you get app exclusive discount codes. On products, some of the products are of good quality while being cheap. But I think it's a hit or miss thing as sometimes the quality is not what I expected. Delivery can possibly be better as I have received orders after over a week. But overall it's good for the price!"
