"I ordered a hidden camera frame. The minidrive sent with the frame did not fit the frame's port for starters. I left two messages on the customer service voicemail and after receiving no response, left another message on the sales team number. A week later and there's been zero response. Now I'm questioning the integrity of the company and if I'll be able to return this item altogether as I am not interested in working with a company that a) does not get it right and b) displays no care after being contacted by the customer three times."

"This is my second device from Zetronix, and although the set up is different from the other device, I was able to figure it out fairly easy.
Pay attention to every step in the set up instructions, make sure you find your 2.4g signal from your router (this is a must) and set up is a breeze.
The picture frame looks like it came from a department store, I know where the hidden camera and infra red things are, I cant see them!
The video quality is fine, the motion detection works as designed, battery life seems good so far. Remote access via the app is basic but it works, including motion alerts and live viewing. If I have one concern, it is taking it apart to recharge the battery repeatedly, will it hold up? Time will tell. Overall great product."

"I like this compact and discrete wall charger camera. The video and audio quality are good enough to get an impression of what is going on in the room, but the quality is much lower than a typical builtin laptop webcam. A few simple adjustments in the video and audio encoding firmware settings would yield much better quality for the same file size. The onboard hardware makes use of the efficient h264 encoder, but then wraps it in the ancient avi file format, should just use a modern mp4 format as all modern phones and computers have that decoder built in for universal playback.
There are three quality levels in this camera: 1920 x 1080 pixels at 17 frames per second (fps) and takes up 14MB per minute of video, 640 x 480 @14 fps and 0.95 MB/min and 320 x 240 @15 fps and 0.61 MB/min which are measured and different than what the app control panel says. Audio is the same for all three at 8kHz mono 16 bit wav file format. Video frame rate is unsteady, as multiple frames are dropped during encoding which makes the audio go in and out of sync while trying to catch up. The hardware is in place, just tweak the encoding settings to provide a steady frame rate, and perceived product quality will be much higher, even at 15 fps (instead of the usual 24 or 30 fps)"
"***Customer beware*** I purchased a product from Zetronix and it was defective. After 6 months the battery blew up while I was sleeping and scared the hell out of me. I just chalked it up as a loss and forgot about it. I then had something come up missing and wish I had my camera. I looked online and the website said: "Quality, Support, and Satisfaction Guarantee are the three core staples of the Zetronix business model". I contacted them via Facebook and after many attempts the finally answered. The person on Facebook said that they would investigate. I did not hear back from him. After waiting a week I contacted them and they agreed to send me a new camera. When I accepted they start to badger me with statements like why did I wait so long. And they tried to upsell me. I got so disgusted that I told the guy to keep his product. Then he blocked me on Facebook. I have sent emails to all the contacts on their website and have gotten no response."

"When I recieved my glasses they came with some extra lenses that I ordered which were covered in a fill that could not be easily taken off. I couldn't even tell it was a film and thought lenses were just badly manufactured. When i attempted to call customer support I got a voice mail and the company never called me back. And when I followed the instructions to set up the glasses, they stopped functioning. Apparently it had something to do with the formatting of the device's memory. And again when I tried to contact support, I got a voice mail and they never called me back. I hjad to go onle and wait on their site until a chat window popped up, and then I was finally able to speak with a technical help representative."
