Order any one of their products but be ready to lose at least $50.00 they charge ounce you return whatever you buy...plus the money and time you spend sending back their garbage. Find in Google the kind of "corporation" you would be dealing with before you lose your money and your time.

"Bought a $250 dashboard cam for my dad to use. It wasn't user friendly at all and we pretty much couldn't figure out why it wouldn't set up and record properly so after 3 days, we gave up and decided to return it. I paid $11+ for shipping it back to them and 2 weeks later I see I only got a partial refund of $195. So now I'm down $66 for a bogus over-priced product. If you check their website... they've been having a "1 day sale, 20% off" for the past few months. Save your money, buy elsewhere! "

"After receiving 2K HD Wide Angle Nightvision GPS Car/Truck DVR Dash Camera I connected it in vehicle and did a test run. Loaded supplied software that came with purchase on my PC. When data was loaded it showed good GPS location, good speed, compass and G force indication. Video was 180 deg out. Called customer support and was told to download free VLC player. Did that only to find out VLC is just a video player and is not designed to include GPS, Speed, Compass or G readings. Called support again and was told the same thing by the same guy. This guy was not acknowledgeable at all about this product. He reluctantly gave me a RMA number and I shipped item back same day. After waiting for five working day from the time item was delivered and not getting any response from Zetronix I called customer support. They aid they had not received any return. I gave them the USPS tracking number and they looked it up and say it was delivered but they did not know where it was but they would find it and get back to me. I told them I should not have to pay a restocking fee because the software was defective and they could not guarantee a replacement was not defective. I had already paid over $12 shipping and insurance cost and if the next one was also defective I would have to pay shipping and insurance cost again. After not hearing from Zetronix for another week I called customer support and talked to the same guy and explained why I was calling. After giving him the order # he returned a few minutes later and said they had found the item and I should be getting my refund shortly. the next day I checked my on-line Charge Card data and saw I was given a partial refund. They charged me a restocking fee. I guess they will resell this defective item to some other sap who will probable get scammed for the same restocking fee and return shipping cost.

"I purchased a Nanny Cam Motion Activated Alarm Clock which I received defective. Upon several attempts to contact company I was forced to resolve this matter through Paypal which is still in litigation. I was forced to return the item at my expense and am still waiting for an upgrade promised by Zetronix at no extra cost. We are now Sept 16/2014 and I have not heard from Zetronix nor have they returned any of my messages. I find it very frustrating trying to reach them and never getting anywhere. Now I am 109.00 us poorer and no product to justify this amount. Wow they have falsely advertised not only their service but their products.Would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. You order at your own risk. Should you receive a defective item well then good luck to you."

"ordered a spy cam for 319.00..after setting it up and talkint to tech service they told me i had to leave my computer on 24hrs a day 7 days a week in order to continuosly record..wtf...it never said anything in the ad about that.if it did i wouldnt have ordered it...so i sent it back and they charged me 68.70 for a so called restocking fee ..plus postage...thats outrageous..they are a bunch of crooks..DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE....THEY TOOK 70 DOLLARS AND I GOT NOTHING..."
