"I love trends and boutique finds on Zulily. Price and Quality are very important to me. I not only shop for my household but my grown children and grandchildren. I wish there was a bigger area to save items because I do go back to this area to make a lot of purchases. I shop for Christmas ahead a lot of times. So keeping a larger area to save items would help."

"So disappointed. Zulily blew past the expected delivery date which was 30-45 days and then could not give me a new expected delivery date. They just said wait or cancel. So you have my money for that long and that is how you respond to your customers. I really wanted the product so I gave it another week and still no updates from Zulily. After I decide to cancel the full order, the customer service told me that one of the two items were leaving China so wait for them to arrive in US and then get re-shipped. I will pass. Winter will be over for me in Florida and the sweater will not be needed. It was false advertising to represent the shipping days. I asked for a refund and so far I have received partial. Big hassle on the customer's part to follow up for the full refund. I won't be ordering from them again!! This was BS. "
