"I had written customer service a few times with no response. All the clothes I have purchased from You have been to small. I am a plus size, but have also purchased smaller sizes, cannot return because of your no return policy. My fault for keep ordering, but have lost money having to try and items away. I have no problem with children sizes. Very disappointed, but everything else has been great!"

"I love my purchases but delivery of one of my items was terrible. I ordered in November and the item was misplaced. Initially I was told to call my post office. I did and was informed they never received the item. I called back and was given a refund but I don't think I should have been responsible for tracking my package. All other items I ordered arrived before the holiday but delivery took a long time. You need to find a new delivery service rather than regular mail."
