"I like the variety of products offered. For the most part, the prices are ok, but are not always as underpriced as one would expect; i.e., Ray Ban products. The customer service representatives are really friendly and helpful. I do hesitate more lately to purchase products, especially higher end ones, because there is no return policy. I am more trusting only when buying name brands that I know represent quality, i.e. Judith Ripka and Samuel B. I would like the ability to see more product detail in both image and word. I would like to see more images of actual size on people. Sometimes it is hard to click on special offers, i.e., shipping, without getting bounced back to the product screen -frustrating. I like the Save for Later if you want to make a new, quick purchase but have a cart filled with wishful purchases. But, there is pressure to do so quickly (like TV sites) when being told that only a few are left. This warning still shows up hours later! Believability?"
