"Generally good however difficulty with variation in sizing vs labels (not all L are the same size) and the fact that you do not accept returns... Won't order shoes for the same reason. Really do hate the shipping costs and often will not order some smaller items the next day that go with a larger item because of the shipping. No access to customer ratings... sometimes reviews might help."

"In general I am happy with zulilly. However on two occasions I received products that were not up to my expectations based on the picture. A necklace in particular that looked very nice on the web page but just looked like cheap plastic when it arrived. I decided then to not buy jewellery again through zulilly especially because you cannot return products and their satisfaction policy is very vague. I have also had this experience with a couple of lamps and children's snow boots where one boot didn't really match the other. Disappointing. I think that in general the pictures make the items look better than they really are."
