"Generally, it was alright. It wasn't visually appealing and navigation wasn't super easy. BUT I will say that the customer service I've experience so far has been superb!!I contacted costumer services about two items that I wanted to return if eligible. Susan V emailed back within a few minutes and not only said she'd add credit to my account (I don't think it has gone through yet) but she told me to keep the clothes and donate them, as I am probably busy with other things. I donate and help feed homeless and needy in my area and that is where the items will go this Saturday. I am so grateful! Not even counting the store credit without return, she responded quickly and was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much, Susan V!"
