"I like your site, however your choice of shipping vendors is not always the best. Also, I have requested in surveys in past that the origin of the item be listed, not just imported. Shipping times are awful. I have also tried to purchase an item twice from a vendor and have received the same wrong item each time. I did call customer service and received refund and credit, but I think you need to vet your vendors once a complaint is made. The quality of some vendors is not good, a pair of earrings I purchased from Lithuania fell apart as soon as I took them out of the package. Photos often are a different color or style from what is shipped. I know Zuliy has grown fast, but your quality control has not kept pace, too bad as you do offer a diverse and interesting array of items."
