"I enjoy the variety of goods. In many years shopping with zulily I have only had a few poor quality items arrive. Customer service is easy to reach. Many items can't be shipped to my address, wish I could pay extra or know in advance that the product can't be delivered before I spend time picking it out and going to check out to then be notified."

I do like it that sometimes you feature free shipping for a section, and if it is something I have been looking for I will order. Also, shipping takes so long that I have forgotten that I ordered something and repurchase it."
