"I absolutely love Zulily's customer service. The great products are what get you to the site, their service is what keeps you. I spoke with Kathy (sp?) over the phone today because I ordered girls boots in the wrong size. Kathy took all of the worry and hassle out of online shopping. She told me not to worry about returning the boots, but rather to donate them to a worthy cause, and she refunded me the purchase price so that I can order the correct size boots. Who does that? She was amazing, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She immediately started helping me shop for the product I needed in the correct size, too. I was so impressed, I've been telling my coworkers and customers at my work about the Zulily customer service. Amazing!"
