Extra Stretchy and so forth. I'm sad about how they handled my complaint. So now I'm very careful about anything I purchase from Zulily. Customer Satisfaction should be number one."

"I've purchased products from Zulily a few times now and for the most part I've been very satisfied. I try to evaluate the product as thoroughly as possible if it's not one that I'm familiar with but I've learned that I should not purchase jewelry from your site. I purchased a few items, none of them were very expensive but I've had two items so far that I wish i had not purchased. One was a ring that I had on for less than 24 hours and a stone fell out and the other was a pair of earrings and when I went to put them on one of the stones was missing. Wasted money because there are no returns. The ring was replaced but I'm afraid that it will happen again so it's still in the package and the earrings, I contacted customer service and I've never heard back. I believe that they cost about $10 but it's like throwing away $10 because I did not even wear them once and they are no good as they are. I guess eventually I will just throw them away."
