"We have purchased several items from Zulily that we love. More often than not, the period of time from the order to the delivery is very long. Sometimes, I do not mind because I really want that item and can wait, but on some occasions, I get an idea on Zulily, but then look for the same or similar item elsewhere because I can't wait for weeks. I am VERY hesitant to purchase fragile items. We ordered to jar candles from Zulily. One of them arrived broken. I guess that I should have sent it back, but I decided it was not worth the hassle. I will just not buy fragile items again."

"The tracking of purchases is awful. No updates on the purchases what so ever. I had to call customer service 4 or 5 times to find out what was going on. The items were guaranteed by Christmas. Now they won't be here until the week after. Coming from China, stuck in customs. Really? Are they coming on the slow boat from China. The only good thing is that I will be getting my money refunded and still receiving the items. The descriptions should say when items have to shipped in from China or elsewhere. I never would have bought them if I knew they were coming from China."
