"I always have a pleasant experience. Sometimes it grinds my gears when a product is not available anymore specially with handbags.. But it doesnt discourage me from going back daily. Oh and let ME add one lil thing.. You guys havethe absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! They are always so helpfull and so patient.. I have only called twice, one time because i received the wrong product and another because i ordered 2 of the same thing by accident.. Oh AND emailed once about the wrong shoes but you object what? The people there are so nice and eager to help they resolve any matter immediately."
