"One of my biggest beefs that I've experienced a couple times this week is the major ad piece on the title page highlights certain items so I click on the page and search through and never find the items that were featured in the ad to begin with. Infuriating, like a bait and switch. I can see if you've sold out of the items, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Examples from this week: Curate a Custom Kitchen featuring a great kitchen island with stools. I click on it and it's not even shown. Grrr! Or Color me Industrial featuring these cute colored nesting tables, click on it and they are not shown. Can you say bait and switch? Makes me crazy."
