"I changed an order from One payment to two payments. You charged me in full and then half and would not refund my debit account for original first payment which overdrew my account. I called zulily several times and no one would do anything to rectify this problem. After calling my bank and going up the ladder with five people, they took a leap of faith and credited my account. Zulily said the charge would drop off which it never did. When I discovered zulily, I thought I found my new best friend, but after receiving some inferior products, and not refunding my account, I have not ordered from zulily since and won't unless I just can't live without something. I'll go to tj maxx and not pay shipping.i can return and have my account immediately credited and not get the idiotic run around that you gave me. I never heard of a company that can't immediately credit your account. I am totally turned off and told all my friends about your lousy customer service."
