"I have enjoyed browsing your website for quite a while, but I ordered a dress which arrived yesterday.The first problem is that there is no paperwork included in the package at all. The return address is in China which is totally unsatisfactory if I want to exchange for size or return for poor quality. Why is there no packing slip? I have not checked my bank statement, but am I being charged for a money exchange fee? If so, I think customers should know their merchandise is coming from China and there will be extra charges.
